Spot2fish is a social platform. Many parts of the website and mobile application let you create, upload, post, share and exchange content, including text posts, photographs and images, your profile information (such as your display name and biography), your profile picture or avatar, fishing spots and their notes and locations, likes, reports, and any other information, material or data you submit (collectively, "User Content").
Spot2fish does not pre-screen, proactively review, edit or approve User Content before it appears on the website or mobile application. User Content appears immediately, reflects the views and opinions of the user who submitted it, and does not reflect the views or opinions of Spot2fish, its agents or affiliates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spot2fish shall not be responsible or liable for User Content or for any loss, cost, liability, damages or expenses caused or suffered as a result of any use of, posting of, or appearance of User Content on the website or mobile application.
You warrant and represent that, for all User Content you submit:
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Spot2fish a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display and distribute that User Content, and to authorize others to do so, in any and all forms, formats or media, for the purposes of operating, providing, improving and promoting the service. This license ends when you delete the relevant User Content or your account, except for content retained in routine backups for a reasonable period and content that other users have copied or shared before deletion.

Spot2fish reserves the right to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use policy, in its sole discretion.
Spot2fish lets you follow other anglers. Following is one-directional and does not require the other user's approval, and your followers and the accounts you follow are visible to other users. When you follow someone, that user can see that you follow them.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Spot2fish is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any interactions, disputes, conduct, content or communications between users. You engage with other users, meet other anglers, and rely on shared fishing spots and locations at your own risk.
If you share a fishing spot with another user, that user is given the spot's exact coordinates. Do not share a spot with anyone you do not trust with that location. Public spots are shown to other users with their coordinates rounded to an approximate area rather than the exact location.
Spot2fish does not proactively monitor or pre-screen User Content. Instead, we rely on users to report content that may violate these terms. You can report a post or spot that you believe is offensive, inappropriate or otherwise in breach of these terms, and you may provide a reason for the report.
Spot2fish reviews reports at its sole discretion and may, but is not obligated to, remove User Content or take other action against an account. We have no obligation to monitor User Content, no obligation to remove any particular content, and we do not guarantee any response time. Spot2fish reserves the right, in its absolute discretion and at any time, to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate any account that it considers to be inappropriate, offensive, abusive or otherwise in breach of these terms.
Spot2fish respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that User Content on Spot2fish infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent containing:

Use Spot2fish to create fishing spots only. Misuse may result in account termination. You retain ownership of the spots you create; by creating a spot you grant Spot2fish the license set out in the "User Content" section above so that we can store, display and share your spots according to the visibility you choose (private, shared, or public).
Spot2fish may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account, or remove your User Content, if you violate these terms, the Acceptable Use policy, or any applicable law, or for any other reason. You may delete your User Content or close your account at any time. Upon termination, the license you granted to Spot2fish over your User Content ends, except for content retained in routine backups for a reasonable period and content other users have already copied or shared.
If Spot2fish offers paid features, canceling a paid license will bill until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds are provided for canceling before the cycle ends, except where required by law.
Spot2fish is not liable for any damages caused by the use of its web or mobile application, including injury or death. Users must comply with state and federal fishing laws. Spot2fish reserves the right to change features without notice. A paid license only provides access to premium features and has no additional authority.

Skipper is designed to offer fishing tips, information, and guidance based on a wide array of data and AI-driven insights. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information provided by Skipper, it is important to understand that AI-generated content may not always reflect real-time conditions or the most up-to-date information available.
The recommendations and information provided by Skipper are generated using AI algorithms and data inputs, which may not cover all possible scenarios or conditions that users might encounter while fishing. Users are encouraged to use their own judgment and verify the information provided by Skipper with other sources when planning their fishing activities. Spot2fish does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated content, and it should not be solely relied upon for making critical decisions related to fishing or any other activities.
Spot2fish disclaims any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of AI-generated content provided by Skipper. By using Spot2fish and interacting with Skipper, users acknowledge and agree that they do so at their own risk. Spot2fish shall not be held responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided by Skipper, nor for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the AI-generated content. Users agree to hold Spot2fish harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from their reliance on AI-driven recommendations or information.
